For those who truly want to get away and be able to step outside into beautiful countryside yet live in elegance within two hours of the centre of London.

Giffords Barn is a newly converted, detached, stone built property in the tiny, picturesque village of Blackford which is situated on the Dorset/Somerset border within very easy access of the A303.

Nearby is the historic town of Sherborne, famous for its abbey. The surrounding rolling countryside is adjacent to the historic site of Camelot - reputedly the fortress of King Arthur. The barn overlooks open countryside on one side and the small village church on another. A brook runs along the boundary of the secluded garden which has a choice of sitting/eating out areas and BBQ. The interior has been furnished to the highest standard and has been awarded a five star tourist board grading. There is off road parking for two cars.

The barn consists of three bedrooms/two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom with a king size bed, a very large kitchen/dining/dayroom on the ground floor and an equally large/oak floored sitting room on the first floor.
